You can visit our website to see the displays in different type and industry or advise your product specifications to us,then one of our professional consultant will get touch with you for the display solution.

I don’t have artwork, can you assist me?

Yes, we can assist with artwork creation and alterations. On some of our products, we offer free artwork services.

What is a dieline and why is it important?

A dieline is the template/outline needed for the design/artwork of the display or packaging.It is essential to the cutting and creasing process giving the appropriate information to our machines to precisely cut and fold areas where needed.

Do you have any instructions for setting up artwork?

Yes, you can find most of the artwork templates in the production information section or feel free to contact us for a copy by email.

How can I get a Sample? And what's the Sample charge?

We will help you get your sample made after obtained all the specifications needed, along with a dieline with the artwork .The sample charge is USD100, sample charge will be refunded once order placed.

Can I order separate artworks in one order?

Yes you can! More than one artwork in one production work is subject to additional charges.

Do you offer rush order?

Rush orders may or may not be available for certain periods of time in the year. Please speak to a Product Specialist for more information.

What is your lead time for Sample and Production?

Sample time: 2-3 days Production lead time: 8-12 days

How are displays shipped?

Most of our displays are shipped flat. Or pre-filled pack to be shipped with your product inside.

How long does a quote take?


This is often dependent on how complex the order is, but it’s usually within 6 hours.

How much does your display or packaging ?

Prices generally differ from job to job as the display or packaging is made bespoke.
We do try and get prices to you as soon as we can.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Usually our MOQ for display s is 100 pcs and 500 pcs for packaging boxes.
However,larger order quantities do tend to offer unique prices that are often more cost-effective.

Can you print my logo on it?

Absolutely!We can print your logo and your artwork design on it.

What's your term of delivery?

We do EXW, FOB,CIF,DDU depends on your request.

What is CMYK and why is it important for printing?

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta Yellow and Black. These colors are used for generating print outputs.Before displays or packaging are sent for printing, it is important that the artwork (on illustrator) is converted from RGB to CMYK.Not converting the color mode will result in color variance between what you see on your display compared to the final product.

What is PMS and does it require extra cost?

The PMS (Pantone Matching Color) is a standardized color matching system that ensures accuracy according toa specific type of color and is coded through a numbering system (also known as Pantone).It widely used in packaging, printing, fashion, graphics and interior design.Yes , PMS colors do add to the cost of printing.

What is print resolution?

Resolution is the term used to describe the number of dots or pixels used to display an image. When printing, a resolution of 300DPI (dots per inch) is needed to produce a crisp, clean image that can be blown up without comprising the quality.

What are bleeds?

A bleed is used when the image needs to go all the way to the edge of the page. Printers have a maximum printable area that is slightly smaller than the paper size. Therefore, the image should extend 3mm over the finished size. When the paper is cut after printing, any white borders are eliminated.

Can you guarantee colour matching?

As is the case with any print run, subtle colour variations can occur. If you require colour matching, please ask us about our pantone colour matching services.
