Printing Related

1.What is CMYK and why is it important for printing?

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta Yellow and Black. These colors are used for generating print outputs.

Before displays or boxes are sent for printing, it is important that the artwork (on illustrator) is converted from RGB to CMYK.

Not converting the color mode will result in color variance between what you see on your display compared to the final product.

2.What is PMS and does it require extra cost?

The PMS (Pantone Matching Color) is a standardized color matching system that ensures accuracy according to a specific type of color and is coded through a numbering system (also known as Pantone). It widely used in packaging, printing, fashion, graphics and interior design.

Yes , PMS colors do add to the cost of printing.

3.Can I print on both sides of the box?

Definitely! We are able to print on the outside (1-side) and the inside of boxes (2-side). Extra fees apply.

4.What are additional process?

Additional Processes refers to elements you can add to give your  display or packaging even more brand personality.                                                            We Offer:

Window Patching, Embossing, Foil Stamping, Special Diecut, Spot UV                                                                                                                                                           Extra fees apply.

5.What print coatings do you offer?

We provide several types of coating from AQ & UV to Lamination. Speak with one of our Product Specialists to learn more!

Production Related

1.Where can you ship to?

We ship the goods to anywhere you want.

2.How can I get a sample?

We will help you get your sample made after obtained all the specifications needed, along with a dieline with the artwork . 

3.Do you provide product samples?

Yes – absolutely! Once our quotation is accepted we will provide you with a product sample to approve prior to manufacture.

4.Can I order separate artworks in one order?

Yes you can! More than one artwork in one production work is subject to additional charges.

5.Do you offer rush order?

Rush orders may or may not be available for certain periods of time in the year. Please speak to a Product Specialist for more information.

6.What is your lead time?

Our lead time is often dependent on the job at hand – but are generally around 12 days for display and 8 days for packaging. 

7.How are displays shipped?

Most of our displays are shipped flat. Or pre-filled pack to be shipped with your product inside.

8.How much is shipping?

Since all orders are custom, shipping costs will vary depending on many factors. Consult one of our Product Specialists for more details regarding shipping.

2.Do you provide bespoke display sizes?

We do offer a bespoke size of display which can be tailored to suit your exact needs. We would recommend letting us know the dimensions, colours and quantities required during your design consultation. If you’ve got any questions please get in touch.

1.How do I receive a quote?

The best and quickest way to get a quote is by visiting the contact page to email us about your needs inquiry.

One of our professional consultant will get touch with you for the details and quotation asap.

2.How long does a quote take?

This is often dependent on how complex the order is, but it’s usually around  48 hours.

3.How much does your display or packaging ?

Prices generally differ from job to job as the display or packaging is made bespoke. We do try and get prices to you as soon as we can.

4.Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for you to be able to order. However, larger order quantities do tend to offer unique prices that are often more cost-effective.

Structure Related

1.What is a dieline and why is it important?

A dieline is the template/outline needed for the design/artwork of the display or packaging. It is essential to the cutting and creasing process giving the appropriate information to our machines to precisely cut and fold areas where needed.

3.I don’t have artwork, can you assist me?

Yes, we can assist with artwork creation and alterations. On some of our products, we offer free artwork services.

4.Do you have any instructions for setting up artwork?

Yes, you can find most of the artwork templates in the production information section or feel free to contact us for a copy by email.
